Objective To detect the function of
Rhizoma et Herba Begoniae Sinensis
in improving the microcycle in

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate
the effect and pharmacodynamics of
Qingcuo Ointment（QCO） in treating
ance.Method：The tests were adopt by
mouse auricular swelling method,
guinea pigs phosphate histamine
method, the mice microcycle
experimental method, rats to hair
coated with a percutaneous toxicity
test method.Result：It was found that
QCO was can significantly inhibit
xylene-induced ear edema in chmice
caused by bolts inflammatory
swelling，improved the right rear
foot of the isolated histamine
phosphate back the itch threshold
and improved taking XiaoTongTie on
mice auricle microcycle. Conclusion：These results suggested
that QCO can improve anti-inflammatory,
anti-itch effect, and use safety.

Effect of Chinese herbal hair
renewal liquid on hair growth |
Objective： To observe the effect
of Chinese herbal hair renewal
liquid on skin temperature and
auricle microcirculation.
Methods：The hair renewal liquid

control group to determine the
PU and temperature to observe
the effect of Chinese herbal
hair renewal liquid. Results：
Chinese herbal hair renewal
liquid can significantly improve

disturbance and
increase the temperature of the
mouse skin 2 hour after the
treatment compared with the
control group （P〈0.01）.
Conclusion： Chinese herbal hair
renewal liquid can increase the
mice skin temperature and

disturbance in chmice.

Honghuang lotion on the mouse ear

. Methods:Useing the
in vivo observation
techniques, the acute blood stasis
model was made by inject 0.1%
adrenaline in tail vein of mice,
observe the effect of Honghuang
lotion on normal mice and
experimental acute blood stasis mice
ear microcycle Auricle microcirculation. Results: The Honghuang
lotion have a certain role in
promoting the ear microcycle of normal mice and
experimental acute blood stasis, it
can increase the ear arteriole, venule diameter of normal mouse,
increasing capillary network
cross-points, significantly improve
abnormal ear arteriole, venule
diameter, and capillary network
cross-points of acute blood stasis
mouse, against adrenaline-induced
auricular microcycle, and
saline was significant difference
(P<0.01). Conclusion: The Honghuang
lotion can promote blood circulation.
